The MSX is a computer-gaming system in Japan only, but it is for the most part outdated now. Instead, other countries emulate it on their PCs. This is not unlike emulation of Nintendo and Super Nintendo gaming, which is still quite popular today. If it were not for the lack of games, then perhaps MSX could have a similar fate.
Nonetheless, those who have played it all agree on the quality of its games. As the saying goes, quality not quantity. One of the games, and possibly the most popular, is Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. Thankfully it was translated very well into English.
